1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that are used, altered, or not in their original condition

  • Orders made in error by the customer (e.g., wrong product or address)

  • Items returned without prior communication or approval

3. Return Timeframe

If your return request is approved, you must ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and securely packed to prevent further damage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our end.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed via bank transfer or other agreed method.

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.

  • Refunds are not available for cash-on-delivery charges or return shipping costs.
